The 300 page document is a study guide, albeit a very long one. I wouldn't recommend going through it with the intentions of learning from it. I think it's better utilized as a review sheet and to fill in the gaps Kaplan left out.

The MD and Khan Academy both follow Kaplan, so the 300 pg doc would be super close to MD's deck.
