The extra range on Estoc can be really nice for spacing compared to Rapier. Also, the Estoc I believe has shield splitter, great for damaging through the shield of your opponent. The crits wont be as good, but I think thats okay, you dont go either of these weapons specifically for crit playstyle. 6. Reply.

A crystal Estoc outdoes the damage of this joke. The Sword of Searching was practically a godsend compared to this piece of utter trash. Useless, useless, and even more redundantly useless. Scaled and plated armor always have higher resistances against slash damage than other (physical) resistances as compared to other armors.
